2. Products and Services
All product descriptions, specifications, and images on this Site are provided for information purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, product specifications are subject to change and may vary by production batch. Final specifications for an order are those confirmed in the written quotation and sales contract.
3. Quotations, Pricing, and Payment
Prices shown in quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation, are based on the specifications and quantities quoted, and are subject to written confirmation. Freight, insurance, and other charges are stated separately. Payment terms are agreed per order and stated in the proforma invoice or sales contract. All prices are exclusive of taxes and duties unless otherwise stated.
4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Lead Time
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per model unless otherwise agreed in writing. Standard lead time is 25-35 days from confirmation of order and receipt of any advance payment, subject to production schedule, order size, and customisation requirements. Lead times stated are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and we will notify you of any material delay.
5. Samples
Sample orders are available for new customers to evaluate quality before bulk production. Sample costs, freight, and lead times are quoted on request and may be credited against a subsequent bulk order only if agreed in writing.
6. Customisation (OEM/ODM) and Intellectual Property
We offer OEM/ODM services including custom sizes, finishes, packaging, and branding. Any custom designs, artwork, or specifications you provide remain your intellectual property, and we will use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Customised products and tooling developed for your order are produced under the terms of the applicable agreement.
7. Quality and Certification
Our export range is manufactured to international quality standards and covered by valid certifications including CE, CUPC, and WaterMark (a total of 11 valid certifications covering our product range). Certification scope varies by product and market; applicable certificates and numbers are provided with the relevant order documentation or on request. You are responsible for confirming that products comply with the requirements of your target market before ordering.
8. Packing, Shipping, and Delivery
Standard export packing is designed for sea, air, and rail freight. Shipping terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW), carrier selection, and delivery schedules are agreed per order and stated in the sales contract. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you in accordance with the agreed Incoterms. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events.
9. Inspection and Acceptance
Pre-shipment inspection can be arranged on request, including third-party inspection at the buyer’s cost. You should inspect goods upon receipt and notify us of any non-conformity in writing within the period stated in the sales contract (typically 7 days of receipt for visible defects). Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
10. Warranty and Liability
Warranty terms, if any, are those stated in the sales contract for the specific order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the contract value paid for the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or delay damages.
